The 4 Step Process
You Must Apply to the Council
You can apply directly via the official government portal here:
Contractor Site Visit
Once approval is in place, we will visit the site to measure the area and provide you with a detailed estimate before any work is carried out.
Safety Checks & Licence Submission
Once accepted, we will complete all necessary safety checks for the designated area and submit the licence application to the council on your behalf. Council approval typically takes around three weeks, although this can vary depending on workload and application type.
Start Date Scheduled
Once the licence has been granted, we will confirm a suitable start date and schedule the works into our programme.

Installing the Dropped Kerb
Prior to commencing works, we provide the customer with a clear scope of works to ensure everything is fully understood and agreed.
During the works, we take care to keep all property boundaries clean and tidy wherever possible, while maintaining strict attention to site safety at all times. The safety of pedestrians and site users is continuously monitored throughout the duration of the project.
